We have a gas log fireplace in the great room area.
There is a full kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Plenty of counter space for prepping.

Rentals starting at 4:00 Friday, All day Saturday
$100 per hour
This time must also include set-up and clean-up time. 5 hour minimum on Friday & Saturday
Sunday through Thursday
Anytime of the day
$50 per hour
This time must also include set-up and clean-up time.
Minimum rental of 5 hours. This includes set-up, event and clean-up time.
Entire Property Friday & Saturday Overnight + Event
Rentals starting at 4:00 Friday, All day Saturday, Check out is 10:00 Sunday morning
Pricing for 2024 $2250.
Includes:
- 2 nights lodging for up to 32 people
- This includes upstairs Loft apartment & ground floor apartment
- Tables and chairs for up to 60 guests
** All rentals require a $300 refundable damage/cleaning deposit.
This will cover additional cleaning due to confetti or glitter, trash, kitchen items, as well as any damages to the property.
